Many scientists believe that we may be slipping into global cooling. Some believe that it may be following global warming. It has happened in the past. In the 17th Century, a small ice age occurred. Two hundred years prior to this, a small ice age transformed Greenland into the frozen wasteland it is today.

Scientists say, at a minimum, it could just be enough to reverse the effects of global warming. Some think it could happen soon, but some argue that it's 15,000 years off.
